01 How fast will MOB7 charge my vehicle?

MOB7 provides up to 7 kW DC charging. Actual speed depends on the vehicle voltage, current limit, what the vehicle accepts and battery state; we confirm the named vehicle before quotation.

02 Does MOB7 contain a traction battery or energy-storage pack?

MOB7 is grid-powered and does not include a traction battery or energy-storage pack. Battery-buffered charging is a different system.

03 Which connector will my charger include?

CCS1, CCS2, CHAdeMO, GB/T DC and NACS DC are available as order options. Each supplied unit uses one selected vehicle-side cable, recorded in the quotation.

04 How do I confirm it will charge my vehicle?

Send the vehicle make, model, year, inlet photo and voltage information. We check the connector, DC range, communication and charger software for the named vehicle.

05 Can MOB7 be used outdoors without an operator?

Use MOB7 only in dry, supervised indoor workshops or service bays. Tell us if the site is outdoor or unattended so we can recommend a different charging path.

06 Can MOB7 connect to a charging management platform?

Tell us which platform you use. We confirm OCPP 1.6J, network hardware and available functions in the quotation.

07 What supply information should I send?
